The Adelaide Polo Classic is committed to delivering a premium event experience while prioritising the wellbeing of our players, horses, guests and event staff.

In the event that the Bureau of Meteorology forecast predicts temperatures of 32°C or above for event day (as assessed seven (7) days prior to the event), the Adelaide Polo Classic reserves the right to adjust hospitality package commencement times from 3:00pm to 5:00pm.

This adjustment allows for temperatures to moderate later in the afternoon, ensuring a safer and more comfortable environment for all participants and attendees. The health and welfare of our horses and players, as well as the comfort of our guests, is paramount in all operational decisions.

Should this contingency be enacted:

• All four-hour hospitality packages will operate from 5:00pm – 9:00pm

• All inclusions and entitlements within your package will remain unchanged

• Ticket holders and partners will be formally notified via SMS and email no later than seven (7) days prior to the event
